Shipping – Setting so customer can choose from three

    I am building a store using WooCommerce. In the Settings/Shipping I have set it so a customer can choose flat rate shipping, locale delivery or locale pickup, however when I go to the cart the only option is flat rate shipping.

    On shipping options Page I have selected the following:
    Shipping Calculations – Enable Shipping & Hide Shipping costs until an address is entered
    Shipping Display Mode – Display with “radio buttons”
    Destination – Default to billing
    Shipping Methods – Local Pick (checked) Local Delivery (Checked) Flat Rate (Checked)

    Is this something that WooCommerce is not equipped to handle without a plug-in. Anyone’s advice is appreciated.
