Shipping Still Charged on Virtual Products

  • Hi,

    We currently offer 3 products on our shop. 2 virtual and downloadable and 1 physical.

    Even if we activated Virtual/Downloadable options for the 2 corresponding products, oversea customers still get charged for shipping!

    Oddly enough, the shipping charge is NOT applied when doing the Woocommerce order but rather pops up during the Paypal payment.

    If I do a local test order, there are no shipping charges whatsoever; it even states Free Shipping.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
