Shipping Table Rates aren't displayed but shows up on Table Rates Order panel

    I was trying to add additional shipping rates to Shipping Table but once I saved the change, it does not display change anymore and only shows it on order table rates panel.

    I set Table Shipping rates as default shipping rate variation for the site and on check-out page, it now displays the following message

    Can someone please help me out with this? Thank you.

    Shipping Table Rates started to show nothing since I was trying to add additional rates to the table. Ones you see in the Cost Order panel are supposed to be in Shipping Table Rates. Additionally, when I try to add anything to the table (Add Table Rate -> Save Changes), it does not save anything.

    Have you set up any zones? I just ran into this problem today and found it’d save properly after at least one zone was created (in my case for NZ)…. Give it a go.
