    How did you configured the handling costs? With a custom hook or with a plugin? Shipping tax isn’t supported yet, but will look into.

    I use the Table Rates Shipping plugin from Woothemes. I charge 1 € for the handling costs and the shipping is weight based. However, great plugin! I like it!
