Shipping Tax on grand total.

Hello there,
From your screenshot you can see that the tax is 1.65, which means 1.51 from the product plus 0.14 from the shipping.

The totals are already correct.

Sorry maybe I’m not clear on how the woocommerce calculate the details.
After your explanation now it make sense to me now.

But is there any possible way for us to exclude the discount from the tax?
Below are the example what we trying to do.

item	cost	qty	total				tax
####	####	####	####				####
abc	$8	3	$24(display without discount)	$1.68 (display tax without discount)

###############################################################
item subtotal: 	$24.00
discount: 	-$2.40 (10% discount from coupon)
Shipping: 	$2.14 (inclusive tax)
Tax 7%: 	$1.68 ( based on item subtotal )

########################################
Grand total: 	$25.42
########################################

Hi there,
By default, coupons are applied before tax is applied so in your example above the tax would be applied to the subtotal after the coupon is applied ie. $21.60.
