    Hi there,

I’ve come across a problem where my client has different shipping rates for different towns/cities. I have tried the postcode, but the problem is that some towns share the same postcode, but have 2 different shipping rates.

Has anyone discovered a way around this at all?

    Hey there,

There isn’t a way to set shipping zones based on cities; your best option is to work with postcodes. You can add more than one postcode to each shipping zone.

Alternatively, there are a few plugins that offer shipping by city – I don’t have any personal experience with them, but they may be worth testing.

Thank you for getting back to me. As I said, postcodes won’t be a solution for this problem. I found a plugin that handles this which is great. Link below for anyone else with this issue:
