Shipping to local or international only

    Problems

    First, my checkbox to select or clear all country inside general shop settings not working (seams like ajax problem and checkbox don’t select when I click “Choose All”). do you have any idea how to fix it?

    Second ?? i need to make only 2 shipping option: local and international instead of the list of all posible countries and display this dropdown on front-end in Checkout Page. Price will be constant for one and second option.

    Maybe You know any script or plugin to do it?
