When tracking code is added to the email for our customer, it appears at the bottom of the email and is almost always overlooked.

How do we control the location of this information and move it to “order Notes” location?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, Philip!

Glad you reached out to us.

This depends on where the plugin for adding the tracking code is adding it. We don’t change the default email template from WooCommerce much, so if they are adding it after the user’s billing address or the order details (table), then it should show the tracking there.

Could you specify which plugin it is so I can better check? Also, which email type is this for?

Yep I have sort of worked that out.

The plugins are from Elex both Aust Post and DHL

It seems that their plugins put the tracking code in an odd spot. I have asked them for a way to move that tracking code.
