    Hey guys,

    I have looked everywhere and tried just about everything I am capable of with this. What i’m looking for is a shipping addon that I can just insert a carrier name and a tracking number and then include that info in the email that gets sent to the customer once the order is marked as completed.

    The shipping company used is New Zealand couriers and unfortunately they are not supported by aftership.

    Unfortunately the only one I am aware of was the Aftership one that had some New Zealand ones supported.

    Thanks for your reply! I think you may have misunderstood, aftership does not support the carrier I use here. Basically, I don’t want any flash features or integragation. All I want is an option to put in the carrier name (NZCouriers) and the tracking number that gets sent when the order is marked as completed. Something like this at the top of the invoice:

    Your item was shipped via NZCouriers
    Your tracking number is: E11-124141221

    Hi there,

    A workaround could be to use the “order note” section on the right hand side like here with any information (i.e tracking number etc)

    This then sends an email much the same as the order invoice just with the note added.

    I’ve seen quite a few people use this to notify the customers manually when they are completing the order and want to send additional shipment or other follow up information.
