I am experiencing the same issue with the area/suburb field.
The area/suburb field does not autocomplete nor does it allow for text to be inserted otherwise. If you/the user/the client skip this step then no shipping options are available. The client/user can therefore process a payment without shipping costs indicated. That will leave it up to me to inform the client that on top of the purchase made, they still owe shipping.
I am using WordPress and Woocommerce for the set up of my online shop. The Courier Guy plug in (indicated as compatible with the version of Woocommerce that I am using) was successfully installed.
I have an active account with the Gourier Guy (Details received on Friday) and have a positive balance.
So given the above I would appreciate that this issue can be resolved given that at no point during the installation of the plug in or obtaining my account details (and paying the required amount) did anything indicate to me that this issue would occur and therefor render the plug in unusable for the purpose that I require it.
At face value, if everything works it seems like a wonderful solution for online shops in South Africa if we can only iron out this wrinkle.
Please advise if there is a more appropriate way of obtaining support.
