    Hi.

I have a weird one that I can’t seem to fix.

My site has had shipping zones set up for years, however with one post code (anything starting with) SP10 (eg: Bridge Street, Andover, SP10 1AA) isn’t applying the correct postage cost. It always states £40, when it should be £70. The shipping zone was created 6-9 months ago and we’ve had other products in that zone purchased with the correct postage. I’ve no idea why this is happening.

I’ve tried a number of things including:

    • putting it in its own shipping zone with no options (the previous zone had lots of other post code regions)
    • clearing the cache
    • deactivating all but essential Woocommerce plugins
    • resetting permalinks

…but nothing has worked. I’m beginning to think that it’s a Woocommerce issue.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how I go about fixing it?

    Thanks

    Hi @markmapstone,

I’m not entirely sure I understand the issue. From what you’ve described, it sounds like you’re setting up shipping zones based on specific streets or locations. Is that correct?

If so, WooCommerce doesn’t natively support shipping zones based on individual streets. It typically allows zones to be set by continent, country, or state.

Could you share more details about how your shipping zones are configured? A screenshot of the setup, especially for the zone that’s causing the issue, would be helpful in figuring out what’s going on.
