    This is more of plugin specific query, you’ll have to rule out whether the feature is part of the Shipping plugins or within WooCommerce.

    You can rule that by disabling the plugins except WooCommerce and the related shipping plugins and see how it behaves and by disabling the shipping plugins to see what’s causing the conflict.

    Once you have figured out the conflict you can open a new thread with relevant plugin support, for example if its related to WooCommerc you can use the following URL:
