Shipping Zone Methods Not Updating

    Environment:
    ************
    WordPress: 4.5, WooCommerce: 4.0.1, Weight Based Shipping: 5.3.4, PHP: 7.3.

    Issue:
    ******
    Weight based Shipping method is showing in the incorrect order when also using local pickup (renamed Studio Collection here). This only happens when Weight Based Shipping is used as a shipping method.

    – I’ve also set two other shipping zones that don’t require weight based shipping so they are just using the internal flat rate shipping. This is how one of those appear on the back end: https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuWzy05

    Troubleshooting Tried:
    **********************
    – Disabling all plugins except WooCommerce & Weight Based Shipping
    – Switching theme to 2012
    – Clearing out any custom functions
    – Clearing cache (incl viewing in Incognito window and waiting 1 full day to post this ticket). The issue presents in all browsers I’ve tried.
