Hi @websiteskmg
This site has shipping zones set up per zip code, some require a $50, $120, or $200 minimum order to be able to show the free delivery option. For some reason valid addresses with zip code and order amount set in a way they should work it is giving an error – There are no Delivery options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.
Why would that come up if a valid order amount was entered and valid address? Running Woocommerce 8.1.1. Temporarily I have entered a $120 minimum order amount in the locations not covered by these zones option on in the settings.
From what I understand, you’re experiencing some issues with the shipping zones on your WooCommerce site. Despite setting up your shipping zones accurately based on zip codes and minimum order amounts, you’re getting an error message that says “There are no Delivery options available”. You’re curious to know why this error pops up even when a valid order amount and address are provided.
First off, let’s make sure that each shipping zone is set up correctly with the appropriate zip codes and minimum order amounts. Also, have you enabled the free shipping method for each of these zones? Here’s a handy guide on ?? Setting up Shipping Zones.
If everything is in order, the issue might stem from a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme. To verify this, try temporarily deactivating all your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switch to the default WordPress theme like Storefront. If the error disappears, it indicates a conflict. You can then reactivate each plugin individually to pinpoint the troublemaker. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
If the problem persists, we could use some additional information to diagnose and resolve the issue more efficiently. Could you share the exact steps you take when you encounter this error message? Also, could you provide us with screenshots of your shipping zone settings and the error message you’re seeing?
