Shipping zones and rates not calculated

Hi

I have a few issues that needs to be sorted. I have various products in my store. Most digital downloads and some free + shipping with its own table rate shipping plugin and calculation. This is based on 2 zones/classes for shipping [UK and Europe and International – being UK based] This all works fine and Printful is installed with products drawn in and its shipping self-determined.

I have a problem as I need the same 2 zones or classes set up for 1. UK and Europe and 2. International and this has to be sync’d with Printful. I have no clue where to do this and I have created a number of screenshots to explain my problem exactly, but sadly cannot add it to this outdated system called support ;-(

My website is https://wwww.buildconfidence.co, and you could probably see that only the international shipping is shown when a product is in the cart. In my current setting – the shipping is determined by the address that the customer enters [free + Shipping].
I am not sure how Printful shipping will work with my current 2 shipping classes/zones.
