Shipping zones by postcode

    Hi Support, We are shipping throughout the UK but due to courier changes we have 12 shipping zones. We have broken these down by UK postcodes. Our problem is that we have 2 postcodes in different zones. PA6 is UK mainland at ￡10 and PA67 is Scottish Offshore at ￡29.94

    We have used PA6* and PA67* but what we hadn’t thought through was when a client’s address is PA67 the system sees them as PA6* so is charged just ￡10. We will have this issue in other areas as well, we’ve just not seen it yet.

    If we have to list every PA6 postcode it will run into 100’s or more. Is there another way to do this please? This must be a problem for all UK clients shipping by postcode with different courier charges so hopefully there’s a way around this.

    Hi @alantomkins,

    Have you placed the shipping zone containing the PA67* postcode above the one with PA6* wildcard? If done this way, it should be considered first and matched properly.
