    Hi,
    My woocommerce auto updated and now the Country/Region is not working so people can’t buy online. I installed the Health Check plugin and in trouble shooting mode I turned off all plugins except Woocommerce. In the admin area when I go to Woocommerce Shipping Zone Region it says no match for every country I try to add in.
    Can any help as we can’t sell online?

  • Hi Breda,

    Make sure the shipping zones are in the correct order in WooCommerce settings. It matters.

    There was only 1 shipping zone set up, it was Ireland, so I cant put them in any order. Do you have any problems adding regions to the shipping zone after upgrade?

    Hey there!

    Make sure that your main store settings are set to allow sales and shipping to the places you are trying to add.

    If you still have no luck adding regions to zones, try creating a new zone and adding it there. If still no luck, try reinstalling WooCommerce.

    I’m not using an external shipping module, everything was working fine until the upgrade to version 4 of woocommerce so it must be a problem with it? I have tried to set up a new zone but again no countries are available.

    Hi there,

    Please provide screenshots of your list of shipping zones (under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping), as well as the methods that have been added in that zone (after clicking on the zone to open it up). I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Also, please provide the URL to a product on your site that requires shipping so we can take a look.
