    Adding several shipping areas to cities. Each area has certain cities and a shipping price
    But when I choose a city, it doesn’t work, why?

    Hi @sadweb,

    Thanks for sending over the snipboard.io screenshot.

    The system will compare shipping addresses starting with the zone at the top. As soon as a match is found, everything below that is ignored.

    From your screenshot I see that the first shipping zone is Kuwait. If your customer is from any region/city within Kuwait the first zone will get triggered and all other zones below will be ignored.

    I’d move Kuwait down in the list at the bottom in zon5 so that the system will check all other cities/regions first.
