    Hi my i’m just trying to see what the issues is – if its WooCommerce or the Plugin that i’m using (https://flexibleshipping.com/products/flexible-shipping-pro-woocommerce/)

    1. I now need to use Table Shipping rates as my Drop shipper changed there mind and no long has a flat rate.
    2. So i’m trying out this new https://flexibleshipping.com/products/flexible-shipping-pro-woocommerce/

    3. When I go and Setup my Shipping Zones
    – Canada – Manitoba
    – I put on FLEXIBLE SHIPPING and configure it correctly it will show up in my CART with my price based on the weight
    – Canada – Ontario
    – when I go and set it up with the same as the above and then go to the same cart and change Manitoba to Ontario it will not come up
    – “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    4. So is this this something that I’m not doing in WooCommerce or is it the Plugin (but you can’t get support unless I buy it, as i’m just testing out the free version there is no help.

    Thanks for that detailed description!

    The problem here is that we don’t know anything about the Flexible Shipping plugin – it’s not something that we’ve developed or have access to. Normally, the best thing to do is to contact the developer to ask for more info.

    If you can’t ask the developer, then you can approach this from a different angle. Instead of using the Flexible Rate shipping methods, try using Flat Rate instead. That’s part of WooCommerce core and will let you test to see if the shipping method is correctly offered when you select the shipping address. If that works, then you know the zones are correct.
