Shipping zones only works when I′m logged

    Hello !
    Thanks for this awesome plugin!

    I have 2 different shipping zones and it only works when I’m logged as admin.
    It is just not refreshing the shipping options when I change the field Region

    Tengo dos zonas configuradas y no está refrescando cuando cambio de Región.
    Funciona sin problemas cuando estoy logeado como admin.

    I′m using the plugin in 2 websites.
