    click the “save zone” button (or something similar) first. then once it’s saved, you can then add the shipping method.

    Saving the zone first should solve your issue like jake mentioned. If it still doesn’t work, then you might have a theme or plugin conflict.

    If that is the case, try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
