• How good can it be a service that relays on?deceiving tactics?to enroll customers and get their data and info!! I decided to give ShipStation a shot because they offer a Free Plan for small business with only a few orders a month but it was only a?clickbait. After subscribing, they automatically added me to a paid plan without option to downgrade. One hour wasted subscribing, setting up account, and contacting customer support only to learn they don’t offer the free plan included on their website.

    Hi @webifymedia,

    Thanks for sharing this feedback.

I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with the ShipStation free trial. If you don’t mind sharing, we would greatly appreciate any additional information that you can provide about this matter. You can either reply here or create a ticket on WooCommerce.com. If you create a ticket, be sure to include a link to this review so we are aware of what it is related to.

I would particularly like to learn more about the Free Plan that is apparently not being offered but was available on ShipStation’s website and any info you can provide about why the plan was automatically upgraded to a paid plan.

The WooCommerce integration page on ShipStation.com includes a link to start a free trial, which is what we recommend using when initially setting up the WooCommerce ShipStation Integration plugin. You don’t need a credit card for that free trial and if you upgrade, you would be required to choose the paid plan to use.
