Shipstation Integration

I have integrated my store with Shipstation, and recently I have had an issue pop up where if I go to ship an order that was placed recently, that an old failed order from about six months ago gets the shipment info and confirmation email as well as the new one, when Shipstation sends the info back to WooCommerce. I have spoken with Shipstation and they have confirmed that on their end that only the new order has the shipping details applied to it, and I am wondering if there is a disconnect of communication between WooCommerce and Shipstation?
