    Hi Support,

    I have just got off a phone call with Shipstation actual support NOT WooCommerce “Shipstation Integration” developer.

    ShipStation are happy to partner with you to make your plugin compatible with WooCommerce & them. It’s a simple partner request that you can complet on their site. I spoke to a guy called Alex (Australia Support) who was very helpful and gave me the ShipStation feed that is sent from ShipStation platform back to WooCommerce. He also said the code that you are providing to modify the ShipStation Integration plugin might be out-of-date.

  • I’d also like this to happen. For me the Shipstation functionality isnt’ working. It doesn’t send tracking info back to WooCommerce except as a note, which doesn’t trigger AST plugin.

    Thanks for all the help trying to get a fix or compatibility for your plugin with Mike Straw on the Shipstation Integration plugin forum.
    What is my next step here? As I have mentioned we are launching the new store in a week and not sure if I can get a resolution before then.

    I’m happy to chmime in if you create a topic on the woocommerce developer’s forum.

    Hi Mike, we contacted the ShipStation and WC team from a few channels but they do not cooperate, I can’t force them to add compatibility, its a quick change that they can do to change the order in the plugin, you can use the code from our docs and add it to the ShipStation plugin file or try to open a ticket woocommerce developer’s forum.

    Hi @globalimageusa – we are working on a PRO plugin that will add compatibility with ShipStation and many other shipping services, we will update you here once its available.
