    Store Configuration
    We received an error testing the WooCommerce store: Invalid XML. Error: ‘Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.’ We received: ‘{“success”:false,”data”:”Invalid authentication key”}’

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this!

    ‘Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.’ We received: ‘{“success”:false,”data”:”Invalid authentication key”}’

    It sounds like you have either not entered an Authentication Key, or something about your key is incorrect.

    The key shown in your ShipStation screenshot doesn’t look like one that would have been generated by our plugin.

    In your WooCommerce site, could you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation and copy the Authentication Key from that page?

    You will then want to paste that into ShipStation to connect your site: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/shipstation-for-woocommerce/#section-3
