Shipstation Tracking info not being populated

The API Name field is used to Map the name of the shipping provider you get from external shipping services to their name in AST shipping providers list.

Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping provider, search for Australia Post, click on the edit icon and in the< strong>API Name field add AustraliaPost (without any spaces.) and save. Then, try again to process a ShipStation order with Australia post.

I have checked the API NAME it is set as “AustraliaPost” and still same result.
I checked all the code files are the same as the USA test site which works.

I have put so much effort into this and still cannot get it to work for “Australia Post”

Yes, I thought it will work but it works currently only for updates through the API, we will add using the shipping providers mapping (API Name) for when adding tracking programatically. The next version is scheduled for next week

Should this release have fixed my Australia Post issue updating the orders automatically?
Do I need to still add the API name for Australia Post under the carrier setting or does this release not require that anymore?

Yes, this release fixed your Australia Post issue but you need to add an API name for Australia Post under the carrier setting.

I just wanted to let you know we have a ShipStation compatibility add-on for AST, this will work automatically and you will not need to edit the ShipStation code again when there are updates.
