Shipstation Tracking not posting to order details page

Hi, we have an e-commerce store and we use Shipstation. Everything seems to work seamlessly except for tracking. The tracking number posts under notes of the order, but when the customer logs in to check the order they cannot see the tracking info. Do you know any way to solve this?
