Shipstation Whitelist by domain?

    What problem do you want to solve when you try to whitelist Shipstation?

    Give me more details, it is important to find the best way.

    I added the domain values example ship2.shipstation.com from the link above to Anti-Spam, but doesn’t work shipstation is still blocked.

    I can’t add the value ship2.shipstation.com etc… via my cleantalk account under the “SpamFireWall” tab only allows ip’s???

    or do I have to install the cleantalk firewall plugin too? I’m already running wordfence? Can both be run at the same time?

    also just told your plugin is blocking the woocommerce app (phone app that gets order info). Was also on chat with shipstation they gave me the ip’s, I entered them under “SpamFireWall” they show up with a /32 at the end. But Shipstation is still blocked. When I deactivate your plugin shipstation connects.

    I can’t add the value ship2.shipstation.com

    SpamFireWall allows whitelisting IP addresses, not domains.

    Try to whitelist these IP addresses:

    3.210.100.22
    3.219.95.2
    34.193.112.45
    52.55.162.33

    3.214.223.161
    34.196.122.20
    50.17.140.202
    54.205.244.60

    52.2.153.177
    3.223.128.159
    52.2.126.90
    52.200.154.228

    or do I have to install the cleantalk firewall plugin too?

    If you mean Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk, this plugin will work as additional defence layer. It is fully compatible with Wordfence.

    If whitelisting does not help you, open the Ticket in a private ticket system: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

    This way we will know necessary personal data.

    I just made a ticket. Also seeing this error now…

    Errors:
    2020-10-26 12:43:55: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 10 MSG: Calls limit exceeded, method name 2s_blacklists_db().
