Player does not correctly output and support wants money

  • I bought a HB Audio Gallery PRO, Player does not correctly output. I addressed in support. Support answered that will help for 20USD.I assume that all responses are left by the author or his friends. I don’t recommend to install this plug-in!

    Hi,

    I have checked player is working well. Just a little bit styling issue due to current WordPress theme and 3aaalex is not trusting on me. He provide me his website details after my four time requests.

    I don’y know why 3aaalex is hate me? Saturday and Sunday is not our working day and the user tell us to fix the issue in free and also immediately. Our support is fast but not all time we can provide support immediately.

    Today Tuesday we are trying to fix the issue in free of coast but he change the admin details.

    So it is really a behavior like a child :).

    We are providing this awesome plugin in real cheap rate so that most of the people can afford this and buy it. Some time (1 out of 20 as per us) few other WordPress themes or plugins causes few issues, it can be a little bit formatting issue (Most of the Time) or jQuery issue (in Rare case) so we are not offering free support any more because we can not afford free support in this cheap rates. I hope you understand this thing.
