• It’s very clear after buying this product that you aren’t dealing with a business, you’re dealing with a little brat selling plugins…

    If you’re wanting any kind of customer service or support / questions with using this product, don’t buy it. I purchased the pro upgrade version & any email I sent would be treated as if i’m an inconvenience, i’ll quote a reply I had from Cristian Stoicescu:

    “**** man, I’m simply selling a WordPress plugin, not Facebook ads courses.”

    You’ve been aggressive, unpolite and dead wrong since the very beginning.

    Maybe you should also quote the other [edited] messages you sent me before that reply of mine. But that’s probably your businesslike style and I didn’t get it.

    At least you noticed that the plugin is working. That’s one step further, as far as I’m concerned.

    Well, my experience with Cristian is that he’s helpful and does his best to help you. If he didn’t, he wouldn’t have a lot of blog posts on his website on how to use the pixel.

    There aren’t just the run of the mill posts, his content is really good and gives you ideas on how to use his pro plugin for maximum effect.

    What if someone replies with a bit more candor? Life is short, we can’t go around getting offended by words.

    Also, notice that you’re buying a plugin, not a Facebook Ads Manager to run your ads. Support only goes so far, and it doesn’t include developing an entire strategy (I’m not saying that you did this, but just to mention it).

    I rated the plugin 5 stars and I bought the PRO version. Totally worth it.

    I disagree John, (and I would probably question the authenticity of your message). Cristian has been caught out for offering discounts to leave reviews here.

    But I don’t take my 1 star review back, the support I was requesting was based on the plugin, not the facebook ads manager.

    It doesn’t matter what product you’re selling, you’re running a business. And with a business comes the need for customer service. This business aka Cristian fell short, very short with me.

    Anyway i’m over it, all these 5 star reviews are based on getting a discount, believe what you want.

    The plugin is fine, my frustration was regarding not feeling looked after from a custom service point of view, but I can also agree that I am at fault with not controlling my emotions, so I do apologise for not handling my emotions better on that day.

    Your plugin is fine, there is a few bugs sometimes with updates, but generally it’s fine.
