Shocking terms & conditions

    Hi,

    I have read your terms and conditions, which I am to approve when buying.

    Basically, Webappick gives themselves the right to terminate the contract.

    On the other side, the customer is not given the right to terminate. Further, nothing explains how to terminate the payment. Meaning that we, by written, are supposed to pay forever.

    Legally, this is said leonine. Ie an abuse of power. And anyway, a bad deal for any potential customer
