Shoe sent email in order detail

    Hi,
    please can you tell me if it is possible to see email sent by system (email configured in Settings – Emails) in order detail for example in row which now contains informations about order status change?

    Hi @samuel222 –

    If I’m understanding your question correctly, you can edit the templates for these emails by doing a template WooCommerce Template override via your child theme.

    Here’s our documentation on how to do that.

    I mean that if I change order status for example from Processed to Shipped, WordPress will send email to customer. And I want to see notification in order detail, that this type of email was sent. ??

    Hi @samuel222 –

    Thank you for the clarification! You’ll need either a custom coded solution or a plugin to accomplish this. It’s not something that you can do with core WooCommerce functionality, I’m afraid. The Follow Ups extension does log when an email is queued in the order notes. It looks like this: https://cld.wthms.co/JeOnC5
