Shop and Products Vanished

SO I have sat and spent all morning listing products after updating the products already listed. No problem, I have gone on to the All Products page after every entry to double check it looks good and then after adding my 10th product I no longer have a product page.
When I went into the catalog tab in jigoshop settings I discovered that the base page instead of pointing at my shop page was pointing at my About us page, I switched this to the shop page and still nothing. All I get on the All products page is an item called Shop with no announced price, yet I cant find this in my products to delete it, when I click on it, it just refreshes the page.
I have not fiddled with any coding literally just added my 10th product when it all stopped working!!
