I have created a Facebook commerce through Facebook for woocommerce.
after integrating with Facebook, I received an error that the commerce account does not comply with Facebook Commerce Eligibility Requirements.
I requested a review but it was rejected because I didn’t verify the domain.
after verifying the domain I was not able to request another review as the button is dimmed and I am not eligible for another review for now.
I contact Facebook and they informed me to wait till I am eligible for another one.
it has been for like a month and nothing happened.
recently I have contacted another support representative from Facebook and told me the bellow

Is refer to the Woocommerce team and inform them that you created the platform as an Add-on and not a main page, for this your account will need to be deactivated from the Woocommerce side and then, I strongly advise you to restart the onboarding process but using the facebook Commerce platform as the main Business Tool.

and after contacting woocommerce support they informed me that there is nothing they can do and directed me to this forum.
please need your assistance as there is nothing I can do from my side
I have tried to remove the plugin but this didn’t work

    Hey @kandil87,

If I understand correctly your request, you want to deactivate WooCommerce and remove all products created within the plugin, right?

To fully remove all WooCommerce data from your WordPress site, open your site’s wp-config.php file. Scroll down until you find the bottom, add the following constant on its own line above the “That’s all, stop editing” comment.

    define( 'WC_REMOVE_ALL_DATA', true );
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

Then when you deactivate and delete WooCommerce it will remove all of its data from your WordPress site database.

Here is our Installing and Uninstalling WooCommerce documentation for more details:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/installing-uninstalling-woocommerce/

    Hope this helps.

When I try to delete the product catalog it does not give an option.
I think they mean that I need to deactivate the commerce account from woocomerce plugin, not from the business manager.

I want to remove the Product from my Facebook commerce manager.
and there is no option to delete the catalog from Facebook.

    Hi @kandil87

I want to remove the Product from my Facebook commerce manager.

There is a separate forum on www.ads-software.com for Facebook for WooCommerce. I’d recommend inquiring directly on their support forum page: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/
