Shop Checkout Problems

    Hey guys, I need help with a customer’s shop. (unfortunately it is in German)

    We have stored a lot of articles there that have a small inventory that should be removed. Now it is so that woocommerce says in the checkout “There are not enough units of ARTICLE X in stock for the execution of this order.”

    The strange thing is that we still get the order in the shop, although it cannot be completed at the customer’s frontend.

    You can fix the problem by “Allow backorder” but then you can select more items than we have in stock.

    Who has an idea?
