• Hi!

    I notice my shop page goes empty too often – I have to go to WC settings an re-save ( without making any changes) and it pops up again?

    What is going on here?

    Ok slightly worried – I’ve just tried the usual resave – but the shop page remains empty?

    Yes it seems intermittent.

    I noticed it happens when I update stock I bulk via CSV.

    Could it be that my shop page has a different title than “domain/shop”?

    Never happened on previous shops I’ve made ( all using the same setup, WP, WC and Puca Theme)

    Does it happen every time you do this?

    Are you using the default WooCommerce importer or a plugin to import the CSV file?

    Do you have any custom code or plugin that affects the shop page or products?

    Does it only happen on the shop page or other pages such as categories too?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Thanks for your response.

    When using the default WC importer in experience the disappearing product grid on shop page only. Other product list pages (by category or attribute are fine).

    I’ve started to use Webtoffee import/export for WC and I don’t think it happens ( however I’m still doing the resave settings on product and inventory settings pages to ensure it doesn’t happen)!

    Thanks for sharing any logs and your system status with us when you can. That’ll give us a bit more insight into what’s in use on the site, and could offer some theories on what may be happening.

    Can I ask in the meantime, when you do update stock via CSV, is that the only column or data, outside a SKU or ID number to match to existing products, in your CSV file you import?
