shop in another language doesn't work

  • Hi, I have WP 4.4.2 and customizr theme.
    I have just started using Woocomerce and my site uses Polylang. I have set all the options on Settings-Languages-settings-Custom types selecting products.
    I have created another page for the shop in the second language, and have set it up in the other language and set the translation to english to ‘shop’. I have created products on that language but they don’t seem to appear on the second language page?
    Am I missing something?
    There doesn’t seem much information about the hyyan plugin anywhere…

    Update: It seems that when I link a product to another product in another language (happens in the Spanish Product linked to the English Product, not the other way round-default language is English) , the options for product data become disabled/greyed out and can’t modify them…I think that somehow the product gets corrupted and that is why it doesn’t display on the Spanish Shop?

    I have been reading some other posts, and it seems that Hyyan has stopped updating this plugin, so given that I have got the latest versions of woocomerce and polylang I’m afraid that it is not going to work and I should be thinking on other options for achieving having two shops in different languages?

    @harasse – do you plan to continue maintaining the plugin now that apparently Hyyan has stopped? I think the community would value someone with knowledge picking it up. I’m not a professional developer but would definitely help – but I don’t feel confident on my skills to be driving this.

    I do not intend to continue the maintenance of the Hyyan plugin. I have neither the time nor competence. I suggest some updates because I use the Hyyan plugin on my own website.
    I’ll look at your corrections to see if I can insert them into my fork.
