    Hi, I would like ask that the product is syncing on the plugin but we couldn’t find or the shop still not showing on instagram or facebook. Would you help us to solve this asap? Thanks.

    To find them, you can access your catalog manager by visiting the following link: https://business.facebook.com/commerce/catalogs

    If the catalog is not populating with your products, kindly attach a copy of your site’s system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

    Hi @babylon1999
    I confirmed that the catalog is syncing but still didn’t show the shop on the Facebook page and has region issue prompting. Some of the products are visible, some has caution icon.
