Shop-isle banner not scaling for mobile devices

Hi all,

Big problem for us. We are using the Ship-Isle free theme with some exiting here and there, but the banner has never been responsive? Looks great on the computer, ipad banner is slightly cropped, and then on phone it looks horrendous as its cropped all of the main image out.

Does anyone have any advice on how i could fix this please?

Sadly the site is not live but I’m sure i could put some temporary access in place if someone needs to see it for themselves.
