Shop Isle drop down in widget area

Hi all, I’m having a difficult time to build a custom drop down menu in the widget section of the shop-isle theme. I’m trying to customize the theme to look similar to the current website. Is there anyway I can do it ? I’ve already tried different plugins and what not but none of them helped.
