Shop loading page 2 issue

  • Hello,

    We currently have Zigcy lite theme with infinite scrolling enabled. When scrolling down the shop, products belonging to page 2 are loading with all the full product page info (full image, long description and short description) instead of the just a thumbnail image and link.

    This also occurs with infinite scrolling disabled.

    Swapping to the Storefront theme seems to resolve this issue for both instances however.

    Would you be able to help look into this issue and advise if there is a fix?

    Could you please provide us a screenshot of the issues that you have mentioned along with your site URL link so that we can check and get back to you on this case. And we tried to check the site you have mentioned on the forum above and we were unable to access the site as it might be under construction mode. Please inform us when you lift the under construction mode and enable the site to be visible again.

    Thank you for your reply. I am @tiany02 ‘s colleague. I have changed the website status to public.

    You should be able to gain access to the provided link. [ redundant link removed ]

    If you click “More Products”, all the products appear after are all oversized and has all their info displayed (this should only show when users click into the products).

    Could you please try deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere)? If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).

    Unfortunately, I am unable to find any plugins causing the issue. However, I am able to fix the issue by changing “Theme enhancements” section from “Load more posts in-page with a button” to “Load more posts using the default theme behaviour”.
