shop manager access denied

    WordPress 6.6.1 and Envira Gallery Lite 1.8.15

    After updating the plugin to 1.8.15, shop manager cant access to woocommerce orders page.

    “You need more permissions to access to order page”

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Checking on my setup, the order page is working fine for the Shop Manager role and doesn’t have any permission issue with the latest version of Envira and WordPress.

    Sometimes reassigning the user role can refresh the permissions. Follow the steps below:

    • Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Users > All Users.
    • Change the affected user role to something else (e.g., Subscriber) and save.
    • Then change it back to “Shop Manager” and save again.

    We did tried that but no luck. Even a new account with shop manager doesnt work.

    If i use some members plugin to change rights and activate all of *envira_galleries to shop manager role, then it redirects the orders page to envira gallery.

    Sorry for the trouble,

    Could you please download a fresh copy of the Envira Gallery and, then replace the one from your site’s?Dashboard > Plugins > Add new plugin > Upload plugin > Choose File?(with the files’ override when being asked) to see if that’ll fix the issue!

    Re-installing Envira Gallery wouldn’t affect your existing galleries.
