Shop Manager Can’t Access Dashboard

  • Hello, I’ve just installed ultimate member and now my shop managers cannot access the WP dashboard, login takes them to their UM profile. How do I correct this? It worked properly for admin account but no others.

    Hi @grbarrie,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed?
    Please go to the Ultimate member -> User roles -> your shop manager user role and make sure this role can access wp-admin.

    I’m using 1.3.88. Under user roles I only have member and admin. It doesn’t give me an option to add users.
