Shop Manager role user error

Hello,

thanks again for developing this plugin, while we are testing it, we found that
Shop Manager user role cannot use this plugin.

When adding tracking code to an order gets message ‘undefined’
and when trying to access plugin settings redirects to the website of the plugin,.

would be nice to see this fixed on futures updates
