Shop Manager Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page…again

Update on this. On one site is working fine for a shop manager, but on a second nearly identical site the shop manager gets “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page. Reason: The current user doesn’t have the extra capability “administrator” that is required to access the “WooCommerce → Dashboard” menu item.”

Is there something that can be added to functions.php to resolve this?

Found the issue, my own stupid fault. I was trying to hide a double entry for “Dashboard” under the WooCommerce admin menu and knocked out the permission for a shop manager and analytics. No bug here… move along… move along….
