Shop Manger can’t print delivery note

    For some reason, only admins can print the delivery notes not shop managers. It was fine last week, but now unless you are admin, you don’t see the icons in the orders list and if you use the drop down to print, nothing happens

    Hi @kendavies,

    This is strange, I just checked this with the latest version of the plugin as a Shop Manager and the print icons appeared fine on the WooCommerce Orders page and the Bulk Print options also worked fine for me.

    Can you please double check this that you are checking this as a Shop Manager? Or did you make any changes on the website which might have caused this?

    We are using 4.4.8 and defo no icons showing. They used to show, but have stopped for some reason. Should I uninstall and reinstall the plugin?

    Yes, please try by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and check whether it helped you to see the icon for shop manager role on Orders listing page?
