shop page and categories not displaying

Hi there,

My shop page (../shop/ ) does not display when I allocate it in the woocommerce settings. (I have temporarily created another page for the shop /online-shop/ and used shortcodes)

Also the categories display as having no products even when they do!

Please can you help me solve this issue?
