Shop Page and Related Products Not Displaying

    Hi All,

    I have been struggling to resolve my WordPress/Woocommerce issues this week and am reaching out for help. I recently updated my websites WordPress and Woocommerce. Reading through different forums I see I should have backed up and saved before doing so.

    Now, I have found myself with the following problem:

    My image thumbnails do not display for “related products” or on the “shop page”. They are only displaying text.

    I am wondering how I can fix this and hope you guy can help. I am pretty new to delving into the backend of wordpress.

    Hi, we have fixed this and will go out with the WooCommerce 3.3.1 update. In the interim, you can downgrade to 3.2.6 without any issues and should then have your shop back up and running.

    Thank you for your feedback. I have downgraded to 3.2.6 and it does seem to have improved the layout of the products. The thumbnails are untfortunately still not showing for either the Shop page or related products.

    Any ideas Claudiu?

    Even if providing you with a login to the website would help – I would gladly do so.

    *Reviewing it now – my products page and shop page went completely blank when trying to go back to previous version of woocommerce.

    I have since updated my Woocommerce again for customer experience until I solve the issue. Any idea why my page would turn blank uppon downgrading WooCommerce?

    Trying to get this up and running asap and feel like I have been hitting every wall on the way through.

    Try manually updating to the WooCommerce 3.3.1 pre-release: https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2018/02/01/woocommerce-3-3-1-status-update/#How-do-I-install-the-pre-release-of-331

    It should not be needed, but can also try giving this a run if the images are still not showing: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    I did take a look at your site, and there is no reference to the product image HTML on the shop page. So If the above two things don’t help, I’m afraid you might have a theme or plugin conflict occurring that we don’t have any control over.

    Thank you for the great feedback Caleb.

    I have now manually updated to WooCommerce 3.3.1 and it seems that it must be something theme side that is blocking the thumbnails.

    I appreciate all the responses and will mark this as resolved as the work now lies with the theme and I.
