Shop page appears to be truncating, displaying incorrectly

I think I’ve solved the problem in Chrome and IE, it appears one of my product titles was too long – so I edited that, and changed the product title min height to 100px, removed and re-added the sidebar and all appears well. However, no luck with Firefox.

Hey, I just checked out your site on firefox and everything seems to be looking good. What issue were you still having?

@nic0le24 your page is crashing in the sidebar. Something isn’t loading correctly try removing all the sidebar widgets then adding back one by one to see what is the issue.

Thanks, I’ve tried removing everything from the sidebar, but it hasn’t fixed the problem.

You’ll see it just stops after that product, when there are definitely more products after that, and there should also be a footer.

For me I see the first widget in your footer. But it crashes on the second column. Can you remove the widgets there.

I’ve removed all footer widgets now too, and cleared my cache, but am still having the same problem. Would you like me to email my admin login details to you?

Update: this time, deactivating a particular plugin seems to have worked!

It also appears the Virtue: Contact/Vcard widget is crashing the site so I’ve removed that.

It was the YITH Custom Login plugin, and also the widget mentioned above (every time I re-add that widget, it crashes again)

ok try adding a new widget, one that doesn’t have any content and see?

It could be a server issue hitting a max php setting.

Did you clear your cache? I can see the vcard in the shop page.

I see it all still,
Considering that your vcard is in the third widget area in the footer and your image shows it not passing the first, I think your issue is more likely with a php maxing out. Like your php max memory setting.

You can contact your host and see if they can check your php settings.
