    Hello,

    I have created the filter based on various categories using FACET plugin.

    When I have installed the Event manger plugin to create the events and I found that my shop page filter pagination is not working. When I filter for particular category it is not showing the products. And sometimes it show the products but when I click on the next page the products gone.

    Please help me to resolve the issue, let me know what to do to resolve the issue.

    I’ve also tried other plugins with filters that include AJAX pagination, but I’m encountering issues with them as well. When I deactivate the event plugin, the issue gets resolved.

    We are using the FREE version of the plugin., let us know if you have any solution.

    You can still create a support ticket in the PRO forum as a Free plugin user. As its conflicts issue may need some debugging so its better to get support from the dedicated support team from the PRO support.

    Thank you @aamahin guiding me.

    I have created an account on Pro website (https://mage-people.com/) and raised a ticket and its been a week I did NOT get any proper solution from the Support team.

    I got a mail from support team in which they requested the temporary account for the website on which the issue is appearing. I have sent them the account credentials but did not get any revert from the support team from last THREE days.

    I expect I will get the solution ASAP.

    Thank you for responding @aamahin,

    I want to update you that I have gone through the message that the support team has sent yesterday and sent my reply to them yesterday via ticket. My ticket no is #1835 and I sent this on 20th of August 2024. Please go through this ticket.

    I have attached the screen recording and screenshot and elaborate the issue properly. I have also attached the category page link on which I am facing the issue. When I deactivate the Event Manager plugin the issue seems to be fine.

    Let me know if you are unable to find my ticket #1835, I will send the another one today.
